Uruguay and Argentina’s title ambitions will be on the line when they meet in their big Americas Rugby Championship 2018 match at Punta del Este on Saturday (21:15 local/ 00:15 GMT Sunday).

Joint championship leaders Uruguay are in a rich vein of form, having qualified for Rugby World Cup 2019 in a winning run of 13 test matches and unbeaten in the competition, second to the USA on points difference. Third-placed Argentina XV are also on the rise, having bounced-back from a last-gasp defeat to USA to defeat Chile 57-12 last weekend.

Fresh from victory over old rivals Canada, USA meet Chile in Fullerton on Saturday (14:05 local/22:05 GMT). A win for the Eagles will see them remain on course for a second-successive Americas Rugby Championship title.

Meanwhile, Canada will be determined to end a four-match losing streak at home against a Brazil team that has shown great flair so far in the competition. Kick-off in Langford on Saturday is at 18:40 local/02:40 GMT Sunday).

The Americas Rugby Championship 2018 is proving a hit with rugby fans around the world, and with World Rugby delivering live streaming via www.worldrugby.org and World Rugby Facebook and YouTube (geo-blocked in the Americas), live and highlights video has been viewed more than 5.5 million times.

Once again, every pass, kick and try will be streamed live via World Rugby this weekend (outside of the Americas), while ESPN will be broadcasting all the action across the continent.
