World Rugby welcomes New Zealand Rugby Board’s decision to awardconditional licenses from Fijian Drua and Moana Pasifika to join a planned newprofessional competition from 2022.
The announcement represents anotherimportant milestone on the road to making a dream a reality for millions of PacificIslanders and their fans around the world and builds on World Rugby’scommitment to invest £1.2 million into the two franchises for an initial three-yearperiod.
